The number of Xperience JARO (XPJ) points needed for a free night depends on the daily rate. It varies depending on the hotel, room type, and stay date. As a reference: 200 XPJ points equals $1. You can use our conversion calculator to find out the exact number of XPJ points needed for a free night on your chosen date. The more points you accumulate, the more you save! How long are my Xperience JARO points valid?

Your Xperience JARO points are valid at all times unless no stay is made at any of our establishments for a period of two consecutive years. In such a case, your subscription to the Xperience JARO program will be cancelled, your member profile will be deleted, and your XPJ points will be lost. To ensure that all your stays are counted, it is essential to always provide your member number when booking a stay through our official reservation center or on our official website.

No, that is not allowed.

What if I do not earn enough points to move up a level by the end of the year?

It is not the number of points that matters but the number of nights stayed during the year. If the number of your annual stays does not reach the minimum required to move up a level, no problem: you will simply retain your current level.

GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION

What are the different status levels of the Xperience JARO loyalty program?
There are 3 membership levels: Plus, Premium, and Optimum. To learn more, visit our Statuses and Privileges section.

Can I downgrade my level?

Your membership status is reviewed on January 1st of each year. If the minimum number of nights required per level is not reached between January 1st and December 31st of the previous year, your membership status is adjusted to the level corresponding to the number of nights accumulated during the year. A level change does not affect your points balance in any way unless no stay has been made at any of our establishments for a period of two consecutive years. In such a case, your subscription to the Xperience JARO program will be cancelled, your member profile will be deleted, and your XPJ points will be lost.

How can I move up to the next level in the Xperience JARO loyalty program?

When, at the end of a stay, the required number of nights to move up to the next level is reached, your membership status is automatically adjusted accordingly. You can enjoy the privileges associated with your new membership status on your next stay.
