Your Xperience JARO points are valid at all times unless no stay is made at any of our establishments for a period of two consecutive years. In such a case, your subscription to the Xperience JARO program will be cancelled, your member profile will be deleted, and your XPJ points will be lost. To ensure that all your stays are counted, it is essential to always provide your member number when booking a stay through our official reservation center or on our official website.

It is not the number of points that matters but the number of nights stayed during the year. If the number of your annual stays does not reach the minimum required to move up a level, no problem: you will simply retain your current level.
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION
Your membership status is reviewed on January 1st of each year. If the minimum number of nights required per level is not reached between January 1st and December 31st of the previous year, your membership status is adjusted to the level corresponding to the number of nights accumulated during the year. A level change does not affect your points balance in any way unless no stay has been made at any of our establishments for a period of two consecutive years. In such a case, your subscription to the Xperience JARO program will be cancelled, your member profile will be deleted, and your XPJ points will be lost.
When, at the end of a stay, the required number of nights to move up to the next level is reached, your membership status is automatically adjusted accordingly. You can enjoy the privileges associated with your new membership status on your next stay.
